The extraordinary quality products from the butcher, seafood, and produce departments will provide the raw material for the dishes available in the restaurant and for the housemade fresh and pantry provisions offerings. Requirements

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Open availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Passion for food and kitchen craft

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
• Help maintain prep levels and support overall kitchen operations
