Line Cooks at Chili’s, referred to as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by preparing food and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves executing recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
