About The Position
O+O Pizza is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join their kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in their craft, and wants to grow in a professional kitchen. The position offers the chance to learn, contribute, and develop culinary skills in a supportive environment, focusing on scratch-made pizza, house pastas, and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
- 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in producing quality food consistently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to O+O Pizza standards
- Working pizza, pasta, or hot line stations during service
- Following prep lists and assisting with daily kitchen preparation
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team during busy service
- Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries properly
- Supporting teammates to keep service running smoothly
