The Lenox Hotel is seeking a full-time Line Cook for Willow & Ivy, a restaurant offering a fresh, refined take on New England-inspired American cuisine. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This role involves preparing ingredients and stations, cooking dishes to high standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and collaborating with fellow chefs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of cooking experience in a fine dining, high-volume kitchen
• Specific experience cooking meats with temperatures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in a wide range of techniques, cuisines and kitchen equipment
• Open availability, 3-11pm availability a must

• Multi-lingual a plus
