About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and help maintain a welcoming environment. The role suits people who take pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
