About The Position

Chili’s Line Cooks, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role focuses on following Chili’s recipes and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating with the team, and keeping food orders moving. Applicants should bring a friendly, caring demeanor and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
