The Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef, and a food trailer to now operating restaurants nationwide. Line Cooks are the heart of the kitchen – where our Damn Good food is made from scratch every day! In a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, you’ll be responsible for mastering various stations including Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam, and Taco assembly. You will prepare and cook ingredients, monitor quality and presentation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, collaborate with other team members, assist with inventory management, and operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods.
