Line Cooks are the heart of the kitchen – where our Damn Good food is made from scratch every day! In a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, you’ll be responsible for mastering various cooking stations including fry, grill, sauté, and steam, as well as assembling tacos to order. You will prepare and cook ingredients, monitor quality and presentation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, collaborate with team members, assist with inventory, and operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods.
