About The Position
Line Cooks are part of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and providing dependable, fast service. They execute Chili's recipe procedures, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, communicate ticket times, and keep orders flowing. The role offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule and is open until filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
