About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service. The role welcomes Guests, manages the wait list, handles telephone calls, communicates concerns to management, supports fellow Team Members, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary. The position requires working on your feet for long periods and safely lifting and maneuvering trays of food when needed.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
