About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. The role involves welcoming Guests, managing the wait list, handling and directing telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Hosts may also assist fellow Team Members. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Have a friendly, warm, and caring attitude and be ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
