About The Position
Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili's, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders flowing. The position contributes to a safe, welcoming environment and a positive team experience.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
