About The Position

Chili’s Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The Line Cook prepares food by following recipe procedures, helps keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and contributes to a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Chili’s offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
