About The Position

Join us at Norton's of Green Lake for a fun and fast-paced work environment. We are looking for individuals who care about food and share a passion for fun. Some experience is required, but we are willing to train. We are hiring for Salad, Fry, Grill, and Saute stations. Hours are available immediately for both Lunch Shifts (9am - 5pm) and Dinner Shifts (2pm - 11pm).

Responsibilities

  • Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat, fish and vegetables.
  • Braising and grilling meat, fish and vegetables.
  • Preventing cross-contamination.
  • Cook meat, fish, and vegetables with customers' preferences.
  • Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
  • Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
