About The Position

Line Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and help keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
