About The Position

Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to Chili’s recipes and procedures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicates ticket times, and keeps orders moving continuously. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
