About The Position

Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests at Chili’s, helping create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu and explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
