About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a Line Cook for the Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North. This role offers competitive wages, flexible hours (full-time to part-time), and worldwide hotel discounts. The company provides excellent training to support employees regardless of their experience level. The primary responsibilities include stocking stations, preparing food for service, maintaining station cleanliness, cooking menu items in coordination with the kitchen staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery. While this is primarily a PM position, assistance with the Breakfast area may be required, including inventory management, expense monitoring, and guest relations/recovery for any complaints.

Requirements

ServSafe certified (company will assist with certification if not already obtained)

Responsibilities

Stock stations with necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Keep station clean
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory
Monitor and maintain expenses
Maintain guest relations and guest recovery
