Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume or professional kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and foundational cooking techniques
  • A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and event-based hours

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Support both restaurant and event service (à la carte & banquets)
  • Collaborate with a passionate culinary team
  • Learn new techniques and grow your skillset in a dynamic kitchen
