This position is responsible for managing all aspects of food production for an assigned restaurant or outlet, including food preparation according to specifications, adhering to sanitation practices, and preparing food items for customers in a timely and consistent manner. The role also involves setting up stations with necessary mise en place for banquet functions, practicing daily sanitation and safety, assisting other team members when needed, participating in deep cleaning, and consulting with the Chef and other departments daily.
