Requirements

1–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar kitchen environment.
Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards.
Ability to stand for long periods (8–10 hours).
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Weekend and evening availability is required.
Strong multitasking skills in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation.
Maintain a deep understanding of the menu and its ingredients.
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
Track product quality and shelf life to reduce waste.
Complete orders efficiently within designated ticket times.
Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
Follow instructions from Kitchen Managers and shift leads.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Support team members and adapt to the needs of the kitchen.
Uphold a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
