Line Cooks, referred to at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to company recipes, keeps the kitchen clean and safe, and helps orders flow continuously from the kitchen. Chili’s seeks team members who take pride in teamwork and contribute to a friendly, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
