About The Position
Maple Ridge Grover/Bishop Quigley is located in the heart of Maple Ridge! The best of two worlds, featuring an all-day bistro that offers delicious food, cocktails, wine, and an assortment of grab-and-go options along with a friendly neighborhood pub, Bishop Quigley.
Requirements
- Prior cooking experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must provide a THD Food Handler.
- Must have weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment.
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Portion and quality control.
