About The Position

Green Coyote Cantina Cobb is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their back-of-house team. They are looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen professionals who can execute consistently while maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. The restaurant offers classic Tex-Mex dishes and a strong emphasis on hospitality, with a relaxed atmosphere featuring classic outlaw tunes and an epic patio. They are described as East Cobb’s tried-and-true spot for lunch, dinner, and good vibes.

Requirements

  • Previous line cook, sauté cook, fry cook experience required
  • Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds
  • Days, nights, and weekends are required
  • Holiday availability required
  • Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Work assigned stations during service while maintaining speed and accuracy
  • Complete station setup and stocking before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and management
  • Support fellow team members during busy service periods
  • Complete kitchen closing duties and station breakdowns
