Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and work on the feet for extended periods of time.
Requires grasping, writing, typing,/keying, extended periods of standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion
Spanish - Preferred but required

Responsibilities

Follow the recipe guidebook and plating requirements as outlined by management and ownership.
Manage and minimize food waste.
Follow all food handling SOP’s established at the restaurant including but not limited to; HACCP plans, HACCP logs, sanitation and dishwashing, product rotation, waste disposal and food borne illness reporting.
Make periodic and regular inspections of units to observe quality of food; cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas and equipment. Adhere to all local, state, and federal health department codes.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Maintain our facilities to include maintaining standards for cleanliness of the restaurant and cafe as well as organization and storage.
Communicate any facility issues to the appropriate department.
