Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, our restaurants and event spaces offer unforgettable dining and event experiences in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah. From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for a passionate culinary professionals who thrives in high-volume operations and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook (upscale dining or restaurant preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and passionate about food!
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute upscale menu items with consistency and precision
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced upscale dining environment
- Maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and timing
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at your station
