This role is ideal for individuals with back-of-house cooking, chef, saute cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook, saute cook, or grill cook.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Back of house cooking experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
