About The Position

Line Cooks at Chili’s, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by delivering dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping orders moving. Team Members contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
