Requirements

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Strong attention to quality, timing, and presentation.
• The ability to stay focused and organized during a busy service.
• Dependability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock your station so you’re ready when the tickets start rolling.
• Execute each dish with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communicate with the kitchen and service teams to keep orders moving.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, storage, and labeling procedures.
• Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Support prep, restocking, and opening and closing duties.
• Bring a team mentality and a willingness to jump in where needed.
