About The Position
Chili’s Line Cooks, known as Heart of House Team Members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicate ticket times, and help keep food orders flowing. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can contribute to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Chili’s is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
