About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and coordinating the flow of food orders. The position is at the Lake Mary Chili’s location. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
