About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing and moving food orders through the kitchen efficiently. The role involves following Chili's recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and working closely with other Team Members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
