About The Position

Busser Team Members maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and provide the dependable, fast service Chili’s is known for. They work as part of the restaurant team to keep the dining room clean, stocked, and ready for guests, while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires working quickly and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Some shifts are on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear dishes and reset tables for the next guests.
• Sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, and sanitize contact surfaces.

• Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep pace with the restaurant team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
