About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure food orders flow continuously. The role calls for teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.

• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
