About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery. This role involves prepping and making food, adding value to our back-of-house operations by promoting a team-focused atmosphere, a clean & supportive work environment, and efficiency. This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours during summer months. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience required
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to changes in volume (think lunch or dinner rush)
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Cleanliness
• Authorized to work in the US

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification a plus
