About The Position

Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks with fast-paced, high-volume experience to join our culinary team. If you thrive under pressure, love crafting quality dishes, and are ready to work in an exciting resort environment, we want you on our team! Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required, including holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food with precision using pre-described cooking methods and recipes, ensuring every dish is a hit.
• Follow proper food temperature, weight, and portion guidelines for consistent results.
• Keep kitchen and storeroom areas organized and spotless while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
• Step up to assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
• Deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more.
