About The Position
Line Cooks, part of Chili’s Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing and delivering food orders quickly and reliably. They execute Chili’s recipes, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, communicate ticket times, and help create a welcoming environment for team members and guests. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
