About The Position

Line Cook will be responsible for serving multiple dining outlets. This role involves preparing and cooking food items according to designated instructions, recipes, and quality standards, working cooperatively with the kitchen staff, setting up and stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation standards. The position also requires practicing correct food handling and storage procedures, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a team or alone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good customer service skills and good communication skills are required.
  • At least 1 year experience and has worked in a scratch kitchen.
  • Must be able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Required to speak, read, write English, and do basic mathematics.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
