About The Position

The Line Cook delivers a memorable food experience to every guest that comes through our door through preparation of food offerings. Adheres to recipe prep guidelines and procedures as trained to maintain consistency and provide our guests with the best possible dining experience. And serves our Team Members, Vendors, and our RiNo Arts District Community the same way. We are located right in front on Mission Ballroom concert venue.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Previous BOH restaurant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • A love of serving people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to providing guests with an excellent dining experience.
  • Previous cooking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous KDS (Kitchen Display System) experience a plus, but not required.
  • Food & Beverage knowledge a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engages Team Members and the Management Team in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned.
  • Develops a full understanding of the Food & Beverage Menus and allergen and dietary concerns.
  • Prepares all food items to the recipe specs.
  • Understands food hierarchy.
  • Accommodates special request(s) when applicable.
  • Complies with all Health Department guidelines.
