As a Steamer Line Cook, you play a key role in delivering the signature dumplings our guests come to Din Tai Fung (DTF) for. In this role, you are responsible for carefully steaming dumplings to order, ensuring each basket is cooked to perfection and served with the quality and consistency our guests expect. You’ll also support the dumpling team by helping prepare, assemble, and close dumplings throughout the shift. Steamer Line Cooks are responsible for opening and closing the steamer station, as well as restocking and organizing dumplings so service runs smoothly. Because this role often works from our show kitchen, maintaining a clean, groomed, and professional appearance is essential as you help bring the experience to life for our guests.
