About The Position

Halls Chophouse Columbia is seeking experienced Line Cooks with a background in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or professional kitchens to join our team full time. This role is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their station, execute with precision, and thrive in a high-performance, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in fine dining, steakhouse, or professional kitchens
Ability to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends
Perform confidently and efficiently in busy, high-pressure services
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and take pride in consistency
Team-first mindset and communicate effectively in the kitchen
Dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards every shift
Seeking full-time hours and long-term growth with a respected hospitality group

Responsibilities

Execute all menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Maintain full ownership of your station while supporting teammates as needed
Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple stations to ensure smooth service
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Complete prep, service, and closing duties independently
Communicate clearly and professionally during high-volume service
Contribute to a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence
