Line Cook II is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures. You will be working with a small team and lead cook. Shift hours are usually range from 9am to 8 pm, flexibility with scheduled start time is needed, depending on daily business. Looking for a person with work ethic and drive to complete tasks. This person should have a basic knowledge of culinary operations, and have some experience. Training will be available on the job.
