About The Position

The Line Cook/BOH Bistor Attendant prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years related work experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
  • Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to follow verbal directions, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
  • Cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity.
  • Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team.
  • Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Maintains a clean and well organized workstation
