Esplanade at Madeira Ranch, Elk Grove’s premier 55+ resort-style community, is building something special, and we’re looking for passionate culinary professionals to be part of our opening team. Our private restaurant and bar is preparing for its grand opening, and we are seeking talented line cooks and prep cooks who are excited to help bring a dynamic, chef-driven dining experience to life. Working alongside our Executive Chef, this is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, shaping a program that features seasonal menus, elevated bar offerings, and curated wine pairing dinners. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their craft, thrive in a team environment, and are eager to grow within a high-quality, hospitality-driven setting. Weekend availability is required.
