About The Position
Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company seeking a Line Attendant/Production Worker for its Lowell facility. The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, with four U.S. facilities. They are committed to their employees and communities.
Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently.
- Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
Responsibilities
- Packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.
- Assembles containers.
- Efficiently packages products using state-of-the-art machinery.
- Ensures every item meets the highest quality standards.
- Palletizing.
- Inspections.
- Utilizing software systems that keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Adhering to Food Safety policies and reporting food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
