About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker! This role involves packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse Foods started in Hope, Idaho, 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, with four U.S. facilities. They are committed to their employees and communities. The Line Attendant I assembles containers, packages products using machinery, and ensures quality standards. Responsibilities include palletizing, inspections, and using software systems in a fast-paced environment. Food safety and quality are highly valued. Overtime and weekend work are available.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
