About The Position

The Line 3 Coordinator leads and runs Line 3 production, directs production employees, and helps ensure the new robotic production cells are properly programmed, scheduled, maintained, and productive. The position works an 8-hour shift, primarily Monday through Friday. Responsibilities also include safely removing die sets from hydraulic presses as production schedules require and setting new tooling; ensuring programs match the product entered into the system; and maintaining a Gema powder paint system by monitoring powder replacement, paint thickness against specifications, and finished-product quality after the oven. The job is performed in a factory and warehouse environment that may involve dirt, grit, noise, dust, variable weather, and temperatures. Protective clothing and safety equipment are required. Physical activities include moving around the warehouse on concrete floors for 8 or more hours per day, lifting objects by hand or with equipment, bending, stooping, squatting, fine-motor tasks, and striking heavily with a 3-pound hammer.
