Requirements

• Lincoln or dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to learn new technology and systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Lincoln vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
