The Limpieza General (Janitorial) role is a part-time, second-shift position responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned buildings, following safety procedures, and reporting equipment repair needs. Requirements

Use approved cleaning chemicals with required PPE and follow SDS instructions.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete work within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

Empty trash and clean buildings by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning assigned surfaces.
Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use for hazards.
Use cleaning solutions properly to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Use only approved cleaning chemicals, wear required PPE, and follow SDS instructions.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust furniture and scrub surfaces.
Clean and service restrooms using mops and appropriate disinfectants.
Move heavy furniture as needed to vacuum or sweep underneath.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete assigned work within the allotted time.
Identify and report equipment repairs needed to ensure equipment is maintained.
Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by the supervisor.
