About The Position

Coastal Building Maintenance is seeking a hardworking janitor to join its cleaning team. The role involves cleaning and stocking designated building areas, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, completing heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, and reporting deficiencies or repair needs to management. The position is part-time. Requirements

Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and cleaning restrooms.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
Follow health and safety regulations.
